Decrease Clinker Factor Up to 60%
We were honored to participate in Cemtech Asia 2025 held in Korea, where Mr. Hans Nielsen of L.V. International presented a groundbreaking solution to dramatically reduce CO₂ emissions in cement production. By utilizing fly ash and natural pozzolans, L.V. International showcased how clinker content can be reduced by up to 60% without compromising the performance or quality of the cement. This innovative approach not only cuts emissions, but also improves long-term durability, lowers production costs, and promotes a more sustainable and efficient future for the cement industry.

L.V International New Hydrator System in Thailand
L.V. International is proud to serve as a contractor for TPI Polene (Public) Co., Ltd. in the development of the Hydrator System. In October 2024, L.V. International was awarded the EPC contract for the hydrator project, which has a capacity of 20 TPH (ton per hour).
This important project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed within 2025. We are committed to delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring the successful completion of this project.

LVI at 21st Green Cementech 2025
L.V INTERNATIONAL is proud to participate in the 21st Green Cementech 2025, where innovation meets sustainability. As a forward-thinking leader in the industry, we are excited to showcase our latest advancements in green cement technology and share powerful insights into our vision for a net zero carbon future.
L.V INTERNATIONAL Delivers Advanced Chloride Bypass & Hydrator Systems
L.V INTERNATIONAL offers engineered solutions to efficiently remove volatile compounds, especially chlorides from the kiln system, preventing buildup and blockages in the preheater. This ensures stable, uninterrupted kiln operation, even when using alternative fuels or raw materials. Our integrated hydrator system then treats the extracted bypass dust by converting reactive lime into a stable, reusable form making it suitable for reintegration into your cement mix. Which have resulted in an increase of early strength and a decrease in production cost.
Optimal Ball Mill Feed Control with Smart Mill Scan
Consistent feed is essential for stable ball mill operation and optimal grinding performance. One effective way to achieve this is by monitoring vibration levels at the inlet and outlet bearings of the Mill. These bearings are equipped with vibration sensors that continuously track the mill’s vibration patterns. Variations in these patterns can indicate changes in the material feed which are either overfilling or underfeeding. This real-time data allows for automatic adjustment of the feed rate, ensuring optimal load conditions and preventing issues such as overloading, inefficient grinding, and excessive wear on liners and media. This non-intrusive monitoring method leads to stable operation, improved efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and extended equipment life, helping maintain consistent throughput and reliable process performance.
Maximize Waste Heat Recovery
At L.V International, we specialize in turning waste into valuable energy. Cement plants are energy-intensive operations, and recovering waste heat is crucial for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact. By optimizing airflow and maximizing heat recovery from existing systems, our advanced Waste Heat Recovery and Hot Air Circulation designs help cement plants generate more power and reduce fuel consumption. Backed by a strong track record of successful projects, we are committed to helping your plant achieve its full potential in waste heat recovery, driving both sustainability and profitability.

Unlock Efficiency and Precision with CFD-Analysis
L.V. INTERNATIONAL offers cutting-edge CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, a vital tool in cement plant optimization. The cement manufacturing process involves high-temperature operations, complex fluid flow, combustion, and the movement of particle factors that are challenging, costly, and sometimes impossible to monitor directly. CFD enables engineers to simulate and visualize internal conditions within key equipment such as preheaters, kilns, burners, cyclones, and coolers. This advanced analysis provides a clear understanding of airflow patterns, temperature distribution, pressure variations, and chemical reactions, allowing for more informed decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve overall plant performance.
Boost Mill Efficiency of Ball Mill & Cut cost will Mill Scan
L.V. International is proud to offer the Mill Scan Dual system; a cutting-edge solution designed to optimize ball mill performance and improve cement production at Sungshin Cement. By accurately detecting fill levels in both mill chambers using advanced vibration sensors. This automation provides higher mill capacity, lower energy costs, improved quality control, and more efficient production.
