L.V INTERNATIONAL Delivers Advanced Chloride Bypass & Hydrator Systems in Myanmar

L.V INTERNATIONAL offers engineered solutions to efficiently remove volatile compounds, especially chlorides from the kiln system, preventing buildup and blockages in the preheater. This ensures stable, uninterrupted kiln operation, even when using alternative fuels or raw materials. Our integrated hydrator system then treats the extracted bypass dust by converting reactive lime into a stable, reusable form making it suitable for reintegration into your cement mix. Which have resulted in an increase of early strength and a decrease in production cost.

L.V. International Delivers Advanced Kiln Audit for Major Cement Lines in Spain

L.V. International is delighted to undertake a comprehensive kiln audit for a 900 TPD White Cement line and a 3,500 TPD Grey Cement line in Spain. Leveraging our proven expertise in accurate kiln simulation, performance analysis, and process calculations across various kiln configurations, we deliver actionable insights to optimize efficiency, stability, and production performance. Our advanced analytical approach enables clients to maximize output, reduce operational risks, and enhance long-term reliability.

 Maximize Waste Heat Recovery

At L.V International, we specialize in turning waste into valuable energy. Cement plants are energy-intensive operations, and recovering waste heat is crucial for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing environmental impact. By optimizing airflow and maximizing heat recovery from existing systems, our advanced Waste Heat Recovery and Hot Air Circulation designs help cement plants generate more power and reduce fuel consumption. Backed by a strong track record of successful projects, we are committed to helping your plant achieve its full potential in waste heat recovery, driving both sustainability and profitability.

Unlock Efficiency and Precision with CFD-Analysis

L.V. INTERNATIONAL offers cutting-edge CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis, a vital tool in cement plant optimization. The cement manufacturing process involves high-temperature operations, complex fluid flow, combustion, and the movement of particle factors that are challenging, costly, and sometimes impossible to monitor directly. CFD enables engineers to simulate and visualize internal conditions within key equipment such as preheaters, kilns, burners, cyclones, and coolers. This advanced analysis provides a clear understanding of airflow patterns, temperature distribution, pressure variations, and chemical reactions, allowing for more informed decisions that enhance efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve overall plant performance.
