Company Philosophy

Our company philosophy is to deliver projects that will increase the performance of product lines, by tuning existing solutions or application of L.V products to a part of the milling process. We do that by applying our highly specialized knowledge to the particle crushing and separation processes, where incremental change, leads to a great effect in output. This allows the customer to gain benefits such as smaller particles, less residue, greater output, and lower power consumption, based on the demands in the individual projects.

This is what has allowed us to win projects for full cement plants, which has provided opportunities to demonstrate that we master all aspects of constructing a plant from ground-up.

Experience

Currently, there are four cement plants that has been constructed from ground-up by the skilled engineering teams of L.V International, along with numerous projects of designing and implementing updated solutions to the production lines of our customers. These challenges has allowed us to gather the knowledge necessary to deliver comprehensive projects consistently, and we are always happy to make quotes on new projects.

Classifiers

L.V International is renowned for the classifier design, that can be fitted to suit the needs of the customer. Fineness of residue versus output is usually a direct tradeoff, but through advanced rotor design, the ability to increase product quality and output provides us with an advantage over our competitors and allows us to tailor our solutions to specific needs.

Mill tables

Another area of expertise is the Mill tables, where several other factors can influence the efficiency of the milling process. L.V International has in many instances contributed by optimizing flow in the mills, reducing power consumption and residue amount, thus fulfilling the requirements of our customers.
